Your role
You'll work in close collaboration with the co-founders and the product team. You willβ¦
- Set the vision for how technology will be used in the company
- Select the right technology stack from ground zero
- Drive a technology strategy from day one to cope with the viral growth that will come
- Build your team with the right skills to make it happen
- Build a B2B2C FinTech product by leveraging banking APIs, integrating with ECommerce shops and building a mobile application for consumers
About you
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial personality with a strong technology background able to independently build & lead a team in a start-up:
- Hands-on mentality: You code, build and lead your team
- Drive: You are hungry to challenge and develop yourself
- Fullstack: You feel comfortable using and building APIs
- Experience: 4+ years in a fast-paced environment, i.e. Tech startup
- Team management: Initial team lead experience is required
